Opening Days & Hours

Opening times are Monday to Saturday : 8:30am to 5pm Sundays and Bank Holidays : 10am to 2pm

We can look after your pet for 365 days of the year and are open to the public for drop-off / collection every day except for Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Prices

Please give us a call for prices as we have a pricing structure dependant on the size and number of dogs you wish to board. We offer discounts for families of dogs/cats and if the customer wishes to supply their own food.

Payment

We can accept payment by cash or credit/debit card. In the event that an animal is collected early, the full amount of the period booked is still payable. Pet insurance is not included in the cost as we have found that there are so many exclusions and excesses before you can claim. Should you require cover, please arrange this yourself beforehand.

Vaccination & Treatment Requirements

Dogs: we do ask for your pet to be up-to-date with the annual vaccinations for Parvo Virus, Leptospirosis, Distemper and Hepatitis. We also ask for kennel cough vaccination which needs to be given some 10 days before entry into the kennels as it is a live vaccine. Although not every kennel asks for this, having had an outbreak some 8 years ago, we would not expose our customers to this nasty virus which can be serious for puppies and older dogs.

Cats: we ask for the Feline Panleucopenia, Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, and Feline Calicvirus which all come under the Tricat Trio heading. The Feline Leukaemia virus vaccination is optional.

Please ensure that your pet has had flea treatment at least one week before entering the kennels/cattery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept entire tom cats.

Viewings

We welcome viewing at any time during opening hours. No appointment is necessary as we consider that the boarding kennels should be clean and tidy at all times not just when we are expecting a potential customer.

Other

We reserve the right to take an animal to the vet if we consider it necessary. We ask for a contact number of someone who knows the pet so we can speak to someone in the know if required.
